Liz Earle Mens Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser Review

After hearing countless rave reviews of the infamous cleanser I decided to ask for it for my birthday, and since my birthday was in July I think I've had enough time to use it and judge it fairly how it works. Being a newbie to skincare I had only really used face washes and scrubs and never really used a conventional cleanser so the process was new and exciting for me. The cleanser itself smells very herbal and spa like which I myself quite like but its not to everyone's tastes, some of its ingredients are eucalyptus essential oil, rosemary extract, cocoa butter and beeswax. To start you massage the cleanser into your face in circular upwards motions to remove any dirt, excess oils and any grime from the day, then remove with a muslin cloth which has been bathed in warm water. I personally didn't take to the muslin cloth as it felt a bit rough, I know it is meant to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells but it just wasn't to my taste, I prefer to use the flannels from Primark, they are still exfoliating but soft and very cheap! Afterwards I use a toner and moisturiser and I can say since July I have seen a noticeable difference in my skin,  It seems a lot softer and pores seem less noticeable, as well as a decrease in blemishes and redness, when I forget to use this or am too lazy to wash my face I always notice I don't feel as clean and my skin doesn't look as nice. So overall I would definitely recommend this product as a daily cleanser but perhaps buy some flannels in case like me you aren't a fan of the muslin cloths!
