Stussy

To further improve our moodboard skills we were given a specific brand to look into and research and then create a moodboard from that research. I was given the brand Stussy which I had never heard of before and when researching into it, its not a brand i particularly liked or would buy from because the clothes are quite plain and 'hipster' and just not really my style, but for the task I carried on researching and looking through images. The brand started in California concentrating on surf wear but has more recently became moved towards trend based clothing and moved more into the skate market producing clothes targeted more towards trend aware teenagers and skaters. I looked for images that not only came from the brands archives but that also conveyed the messages they send out about themselves like the graffiti and black and white images create a rough skater image about the brand. These are some of the images I think I will include in the final moodboard.
